Our company name Functional Fitness Plus says it all. We specialise in functional training and overall fitness plus additional services to ensure that you get the result that you want. Our main focus is transformation training, which will be a combination of HIIT, Strength & Conditioning and Metabolic Conditioning.

What is Functional exercise?
Functional movements are performed on a daily basis whether at home or in your work place. For example, to sit down on a chair, you have to perform a squat. Basically functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.
Functional exercises and movement patterns are the back bone to correct posture, core strength and mobility.
But because not everyone works the same job, we individualise your program to suit your lifestyle and to turn your weaknesses into your strengths.
We know that without the correct nutrition plan to follow and education that you will struggle to produce any sort of result. So we go the extra mile for you and set you up with your very own personalised meal plan to follow with regular updates depending on your program. You will also have an assigned trainer to keep you accountable through out your journey with us. It's all good and well to give you a plan to follow but you need to know why? So we run seminars on a certain topic for any given month to help educate you to get the best result you can possibly get.
