This program is what FFP stands for.

 

It’s our periodised structured strength training. Designed to hit each muscle group and movement plain in a single week with progression factored into the next workout in the following week.

 

This program has the perfect amount of cardio conditioning which is thrown in on Wednesdays to get that heart pumping and sweat pouring.

 

Take advantage of all of our facilities luxuries with this program and Test your strength every 16 weeks to monitor progress on the main lifts.

  • Weekly Inbody Body Scan Analysis and debrief with Coach

Strength & Sweat

Strength & Sweat is designed to do just that.

 

If your schedule doesn’t allow you to commit to the main program structure between Monday & Thursday, then Strength Sweat allows you to hit at least 2 x Strength sessions along with a sweat session.


This also gives you the freedom to free train.
