GIRLS:Â IF I LIFT WEIGHTS WILL I END UP BULKY WITH BIG MUSCLES?
In short answer, No. To be able to bulk up just from lifting weights is damn impressive and we’d be jealous of you if you could build muscle as easy as it sounds! To build quality muscle your nutrition will reflect your results. Which is why we set you up with a meal plan tailored to your goals.
CAN I JUST TURN UP DURING A SESSION TIME AND PAY A CASUAL ENTRY FOR THE SESSION?
We treat everyone as if you are a 1-on-1 client, we book you in for a consultation and then work out your session times and your program. We don’t accept casual entries like your everyday gym. We hate the approach of the generic gym which just treats people like a number in a system.
CAN I BRING TODDLERS WITH ME TO MY SESSION?
We can’t allow toddlers to sit in during sessions but we may let children aged from 7+ to sit in during your session. We prefer that you make arrangements for these circumstances however we understand that it may be difficult and it will be up to management to decide.
IS THE MEAL PLAN A STRICT DIET?
Of course not, any nutritional advice is examples of what we think is best to our knowledge and experience, before you take part in any nutritional regime you should always consult an allied health professional.
WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T ATTEND ONE OF MY SESSIONS?
We run a ‘make-up’ session every Friday in which you’re most welcome to come to if you've missed a session during the week.
ISN’T CARDIO THE ONLY WAY TO BURN FAT AND LOSE WEIGHT?
The most effective way to lose weight comes from proper nutrition and a combination of all training styles. We believe that you should always keep your body guessing to avoid adaptation. It is now proven that you burn more calories lifting heavy weights at a high intensity as opposed to going for a walk.
IF I CAN’T MAKE ANY OF THE TIMES AS LISTED THE TIMETABLE, CAN I MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS?
Certainly, if you have a group of friends that can all train at a different time slot other than what our timetable reflects, we will happily make arrangements for your group or even it’s just 1-on-1 training, we can also cater for you.
