The scales don't matter at Functional Fitness Plus because we measure your lean muscle mass, body fat % and visceral fat with a fine tooth comb.
This means that your overall weight is somewhat irrelevant so you can chuck your bathroom scales in the bin when you train with us.
Melt body fat as your core temperature increases in our infrared sauna.
As part of your membership here; sessions are completely free and unlimited.

Our sauna is a 4 seater but is most comfortable with 2 people per session.
